Job Tittle:  Senior Accountant

 

Full Job Description :- 

1. Lead and supervise the Accounts team in daily operations.
2. Evaluate & Approve new Credit requests, and manage Credit & Collection in coordination with Accounts Receivable (A/R) Accountant.
3. Manage the Accounts Payable (A/P), negotiate payment plans, and process timely payments.
4. Manage and approve Petty Cash fund and expenses.
5. Conduct VAT Return internal audit and submission to FTA portal in coordination with external .
6. Liase with external Auditor for yearly Financial Statement Audit.
7. Conduct reviews and evaluations for efficient cost-reduction opportunities.
8. Manage the preparation of the company’s budget for management review and approval.
9. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s performance vs. business plans.
10. Maintain the financial health of the company.
11. Develop and review KPIs in the Accounts department.
12. Develop and implement financial controls, and provide monthly/quarterly/yearly Financial Reports.
13. Review and develop strategies on financial-related aspects for inventory management.
14. Ensure that 5S Culture is observed in the department by all team members.
15. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant departmental and management reports.

Basic requirement: Below 45 y/o, Fluent in English & Hindi, UAE MOFA-attested Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, UAE work experience, strong experience in Credit & Collection, and Leading a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Salary: AED 4,500.00 – AED 7,500.00 per month
