To further accelerate growth in our MENAT region, Iron Mountain is now recruiting for two Solutions Sales Specialists to join our team in the UAE. These positions will focus on supporting Iron Mountain sales teams for net new and up-sell revenue opportunities for digital solutions within Iron Mountain’s customers.
The Solutions Sales Specialists will support those teams with general enablement and customer interactions related to deal qualification, discovery, scope/fit, competitive positioning and close plans. They aid in the overall customer engagement to help sell digital solutions.
What you will do:-
Enable and support the core Iron Mountain team to elevate their abilities to assess prospective and assigned customer’s current and potential needs.
Develop and implement strategies and business plans through understanding the customers’ business model
Directly engage with the customer on our larger and more complex sales opportunities
Support digital solutions bookings by enabling the sales team to build customer relationships through strategic conversations and understanding organizational business objectives
Activity within industry associations in the market to increase IM awareness, through attending tradeshows, reviewing whitepapers and staying current within market trends.
Responsible for identifying new areas of opportunity for the core team and assisting the team with selling and closing those new areas, securing resources and driving the sales process
What you will bring:-
The role would suit a Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, Solutions Sales or Practice Manager professional with knowledge of Document Management, Data Management, Data Capture, Workflow Automation, Business Process Management, Business Process Outsourcing, Electronic Document Records Management (EDRM), Content Services Platform (CSP), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Correspondence Management or the wider Digital Transformation industry
Must have a strong background and knowledge of strategic account management, sales process and solution selling
Fluent in Arabic and English:-
Must have the proven ability to translate and qualify the customer need(s) into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions
Have the ability to reach and influence decision makers through proven sales skills and needs identification by aligning unique insights to key customer priorities and consultative selling
Ability to team effectively at all levels of IRM and customer personnel (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues – experience in complex sales organizations
