• Minimum Qualification
• An advanced degree in a related field, such as computer science, engineering and / or business (MBA) is preferred.
  Minimum Experience
  15 -20 years of relevant ICT leadership experience.
  10 years+ in IT planning / change management.
  6 years in multinational organizations at the senior managerial level, managing large and complex ICT functions.
  Worked in a global, agile environment.
  Advanced people management, team leadership and project management skills and experience
  Extensive knowledge of automated systems including software, hardware, telecommunications and in particular, information technology architecture in a banking environment.
