Full Job Description :- 

Assisting and supporting the Project Manager in the delivery of projects.

* Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.

* Determining project changes (CR).

* Provide administrative tasks related to creating proposals (PAF’s), sending invoice, following up on payments, updating Project Folders/tracker sheets as per SLA.

* Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

* Organizing, attending and participating in clients/internal stakeholder meetings. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings (MOM). Skills Required: Strong written and spoken English Competency in using MS Office applications Customer service oriented Strong organizational skills Good interpersonal skills Problem solving skills
