About The Role:-
We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate for our New York boutique store. This candidate must have a genuine interest in our brand, and a real passion for sports and wellness.As a Sales Associate you will be act as a Brand Ambassador in delivering an excellent instore experience for our customers. You will have a strong sense of presence on the shop floor and the ability to communicate confidently with customers. You will always put the customer first and deliver great customer service striving to exceed customer’s expectations. You will use your expertise in a consultative manner to approach the customer and recommend various solutions based on their needs
Responsibilities:-
Contribute to the Store Sales Performance by achieving the sales objectivesMaintain good product knowledge and ensure outstanding customer experienceBe proactive in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with the existing ones in order to generate new business opportunitiesActively participate in design events and exhibitions, in order to collect and convert as many leads as possibleHandling customer complaints, seeking assistance, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the companyConstantly promote a unique and memorable shopping experience (customer focus, storytelling ,extraordinary service, selling skills and attitude)Keep the CRM system up to dateExceed all behavioral requirements adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelinesEnsure the Store is perfectly in line with the Brand Guidelines in terms of VM and appearance and atmosphere. Respect company norms and procedures and adhere to Security and Health and Safety regulationsBe always informed on brand activities, locations, events and marketing activitiesCooperate with other Consumer Sales Functions (Field Sales and Teleselling) ,in an omnichannel approach, in order to facilitate and speed up the customer journey.
Requirements:-
1+ years’ experience as a Sales Associate preferably for luxury brand retail companiesBachelor Degree or relevant experiencePersonal trainer preferredSelling attitude with an emphasis on developing businessAbility to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and mediaAbility to acquire some expertise in Store operation applications (Sales Force, SAP)Passion for design, luxury goods, fashion, made in Italy, art, sports and healthy lifestylePassion for fitness and wellness (high standards / no smoking)Entrepreneurial approachAbility to create and cultivate a networkPassion for sports, enthusiasm, humility, pro-activity, and ethics complete the desired profile
