Job description / Role :
Manage the risks within HCM & ABAP.
Understand, monitor, and support all processes and its interface to other modules within SAP and other applications.
Manage and support other third-party applications including Power BI, GRC & etc.
Assist, train and empower business users, when required to manage support and business process improvements.
Manage / deliver allocated tasks / projects on time and as per quality standards.
Proactively identify & implement improvements to system and applications to meet business requirements.
Requirements :-
HCM Skills
Must have consulting experience in SAP HCM Module covering all aspects of SAP (PY, OM, PA, TM.)
Must have strong knowledge in configuration of wage types, subtypes, calendar Schedules, payroll posting, Remuneration Statement, generation of customized Pay slip. Managing and processing payroll with posting to accounting of employees in SAP HCM
Maintaining employees master data management through upload program LSMW.
Worked on time management, Absences, Time Evaluation, Holidays, Schema (TM00, TM04)
Attendances and Absence Quotas.
Reporting (SAP Query, Ad hoc Query)
Testing, training, and documentation.
Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
Able to Multi-Task and work under tight deadlines
Work with FI/Basis Integration.
Able to Multi-Task and work under tight deadlines.
ABAP Skills
Must have strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming tools including Report and Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, SAP Script, and smart Forms, Screen Painter BDC, LSMW, User Exits, Menu Exits, Function Exit, Screen Exit, ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary, RFC, ABAP Query, ALE, BAPI, and BADI
Strong experience for SAP Integration with Third Party Applications
Initiative-taker, able to work minimal supervision, takes responsibility, works under pressure. Show initiative and have good problem solving and communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
