Job Responsibilities :-
- Supporting the Senior PA with managing several senior individuals’ calendars within the team. This will include scheduling appointments and prioritizing time complex matters.
- Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets/reports
- Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, visas, hotel accommodation, and car rental, and providing directions to facilitate hassle-free travel.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality, as well as adhere to the policies and procedures of the organization
- Manage & organize important files/documents and electronic office files to ensure an efficient and effective filing system
- To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives as and when required
- Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post
Qualifications / Experience :-
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must have experience in planning & organizing International Business Trips
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Have strong verbal, and written communication skills
- Meticulous, diplomatic & pleasant personality
- Display a high value for integrity
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Salary: Up to AED 6,000.00 per month
