ABCR Dubai: Job Description
Job Tittle: Night Auditor
Job Description :-
1. To print all reports of POS machines and tally the sales with Opera system and report/correct any difference.
2. Tally the sales of different outlets like Laundromat, fax, etc. with Opera system.
3. To check the transactions of all cashiers during the day to ensure the correct billing and supporting documents are attached.
4. Ensure that all pertinent documents related to night audit are complete, verified, arranged and forwarded to accounts on daily basis.
5. Review the credit limit report and produce high balance report on daily basis.
6. Ensure that all cheque payments and credit policies are followed.
7. Be aware of the Front Office standard operating procedures.
8. Register guests and assign rooms, to accommodate special requests whenever possible.
The ideal candidate should have strong computer and communication skills;
Preferably with Hotel background from 4-5 star Hotels; Accounting/Finance graduate, strong in all facets of Accounting section; auditing skills and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 2,000.00 – AED 2,200.00 per month
