Full Job Description :- 

We are a looking to hire a dynamic and driven Executive Secretory / Assistant. The ideal person for the job will be someone who is proactive, capable of solving problems and has exceptional communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

The primary responsibilities include:

• Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements
• Must be able to work in a highly confidential environment
• Interact with the organization’s on a global basis to arrange meetings, conference calls, diary schedules etc. with key colleagues and internal managers
• Be goal and results-driven
• Work closely with support staff, Project team, Finance, Marketing, IT and Human Resources, to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• All other duties as assigned including special projects.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Excellent project management, organization, strategic planning, and analytical skills
• Fluent in English written and verbal
• Must have G-suite experience
