Designation : – Office Assistant
Location : – RAK, UAE
Responsibilities and accountabilities :-
1. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
2. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
3. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
4. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team
5. Assistance in maintaining TAT on replies of client mail, messages
6. Dealing with Tax Authorities as and when it is required
7. Follow the work process diligently
8. Keep your team leader informed about the progress of the assigned tasks
9. Proper reporting to seniors in the given time frame
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :-
· A bachelor’s degree in accounts field or in the administration field
· A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
· Good PC skills, especially MS Excel, word, PDF, Google sheet
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Organizational and time-management skills
· Decision-making skills
· Enthusiastic, passionate & Dedicated
