Job Tittle:  Customer Service/Cashier

 

Full Job Description :- 

We are urgently hiring for a Customer Service/ Cashier for Ahlan Businesmen Services (Amer Center- Ibn Battuta Mall), who can process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Candidate must play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

Job Description:

• Handle cash transactions with customers using POS cash registers.

• Collect cash, and credit card payments from customers.
• Calculate customer bills through cash register and issue receipts, refunds or changes. Make changes accurately and efficiently.
• Handle returns and refunds as necessary.
• Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct.
• Preparing daily reports accordance with the report of cashier and follow up if any balances unpaid.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area and keeping reports of cash and credit transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Proven working experience in any Finance related as a Cashier either retail or sales for at least 2 years. Preferably working at Amer Center.
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., POS cash register, scanners, money counters, credit card machine and etc.)

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
• Can speak fluently in English and other languages is a plus.
• Should be available for immediate joining.
• Preferred who stay in Dubai.
