Full Job Description
We are looking for the IT support Engineer who will be responsible to do the following duties:
– Installing and configuring computer hardware like servers, desktops, laptops, software, IT networks, printers, scanners, telephone systems, etc.
– Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
– Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
– Ensuring security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
– Maintaining IT hardware and software inventory
– Ensure SonicWALL VPN connectivity between branches.
– Configuring and managing Panasonic/Yeastar IP phones.
– Setting up accounts for new users, on-boarding and off-boarding employees.
– Manage company social media accounts including Google My Businesses.
– Manage Google workspace emails.
– Certified professionals in Microsoft and Networking would be most preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of working experience in the same field
Qualification: Degree/Diploma
Languages: English
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
