Full Job Description :- 

HR Coordinator responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for team members; responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.

JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:-

  • Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
  • Prepare on boarding training for new employees.
  • Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose.
  • Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
  • Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
  • Provides administrative support to training program as needed.

COMPETENCIES:-

  • Prior experience in HR or training.
  • Communication Proficiency.
  • Extensive knowledge of various teaching methods.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 3,000.00 – AED 3,500.00 per month
