Our company is looking for an office assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office
1- Handling incoming calls and other communications Responsible for all payment followups.
2- Managing filing system and updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing,Photocopies, scans, and files appropriate documents
3- Followup about payments and update in record
4- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or services.
5- Receive and Write emails and answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company
6- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices,Outstations,reports and other correspondence.
