JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Overall responsibility of accounts of the company

2. Daily report of the company preparation.

3. Excellent in Sales credit control policies with Sales credit terms and limit finalization with assessment.

4. Day-to-day work such as sales orders approval, stock input, and control purchase landing cost.

5. Daily head office payment voucher follow-ups with the schedule.

6. Vat report preparation with Import vat balancing.

7. Bank updates in excel as well at ERP to know cash flow and advise accordingly.

8. Update of fixed Jvs with prepaid, accrued with Fixed assets schedules.

9. Payment voucher and petty cash preparation with proper approvals.

10. Staff leave and final settlement preparation

11. Staff salary preparation and check overtime calculations.

12. Monthly Bank reconciliation.

13. Customer statement email to customer monthly basis.

14. Planning for month closing requirement and in advance preparation.

15. Creation of new customers and stock accounts.

16. Closing and updating if accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger modules, on a monthly basis

17. Monitoring of bank account balances.

18. Cash flow projection and supplier liability planning.

19. Preparing direct cash flow and Staff cost package monthly

20. Posting of transactions regarding financial charges and bank transactions excluding payments

21. Control of receipts issued for collection

22. PDC’s clearance and matching/adjustment of account receivable

23. Approval of journal vouchers and maintenance of all financial records

24. Follow up of collection as per plans set by the financial controller

25. Supervise and review the work of accountants and assistants on monthly, weekly, and daily plans

26. Identify slow-paying customers and recommend appropriate action

27. Work out collection estimates for branches and follow up with their accountants

28. Audit preparation and finalizing

29. Tb & Financial report finalization.
