Full Job Description
The IT Manager position is a versatile, high profile position responsible for providing hardware, software, and system support and collaborating very close with our Accounts And Sales Department. Responsibilities include network support, introducing and collaborating data from different system/software’s (IPOS/GENESYS/GRAVITY). This position supports all of our retail operations in Ajman & Ras Al Khaimah.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer users for our platform , create accounts for new employees, provide technical support to existing users of the system.
- Assist the Accounts and Sales departments, monitor their data and check accuracy.
- Monitor antivirus, active directory and other server activity in the office.
- Resolve network/computer issues.
- Resolve network issues etc. in our office and point of sales location, to ensure proper connectivity and operation of the various equipment’s.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 2,500.00 – AED 4,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- 5years: 3 years (Preferred)
