Sales Executive

Al Khalid Auto currently holds the franchises for Dorcen, Bestune, and Soueast with further brands being added to the portfolio. It may be required in the early stages of development of the company that the sales executive will operate with more than one brand or be moved between brands as demand requires. The role is orientated to customer care and it is essential that the incumbent is customer focused at all times

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:-

Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Carries out sales prospecting on a daily basis
Delivers test drives to customers at their home or place of work
Books in vehicles for service or repair
Provides a single point of contact for the customer
Learns all product information to become the leading expert on all vehicles within Al Khalid Auto range.
Provides appraisal for used cars – trade ins.
Prepared to join in with whatever is required to ensure the company standards and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Qualifications:-

3-5 years ‘experience in Automotive Car Sales in UAE
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
Understand the technical features of all products
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English is must
