Job Tittle: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description :-
Minimum 5 years of handling warehouse – Wholesale/Retail industry
- Must have good knowledge about geographical locations
- Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock take and audit of same to verify results.
- Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.
- Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
- Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service.
- Experience working within policies & procedures, and understanding of compliance.
- Liaise with drivers, customers and warehouse personnel.
- Administration of duties as required to ensure daily target performance is achieved.
- Coordinate deliveries with carrier or Warehouse Deputy Manager and Warehouse Manager to ensure that daily targets are achieved.

- Train and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices, including new employee inductions and tool box talks.
- Liaise and coordinate with other departments, customers and shops to ensure exceptional services.
