Job Tittle: Secondary Laboratory Technician
Full Job Description :-
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to maintain, prepare, and clean the laboratory equipment
- The ability to organise and maintain efficient storage systems for equipment and materials
- The ability to prepare and provide equipment for lessons
- The ability to prepare laboratory solutions
- Efficient stock control including preparing lists of replacements as required
- Assist with completing and collating of the annual order for the Science Department
- Assist with Reprographic work as required
- To undertake such other duties as may reasonably be determined by the Head of Science
- Assist the school in achieving its overall vision and strategic intentions and to contribute to the achievement of relevant targets as set out in the school’s improvement plan and self-evaluation form
- Comply with regulations pertaining to health and safety at work legislation and adhere to school policies relating to safe working practice and equal opportunities regulations.
