Full Job Description :-
Our company is looking for the following staff for our branch in UAE. To be responsible for supervising and directing Food and Beverage operations, while maintaining a profitable and high-quality products and service levels.
Location: Sharjah and Al Ain Branch
Position: Branch Supervisor and Cashier
- At least with 2 years’ experience in a fast-food restaurant like KFC, McDonalds, Burger King etc.
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations.
- Manage daily operations and assists with menu planning.
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that all employees follow the sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Coordinate planning, budgeting, or purchasing for all the food operations.
- Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders. Ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- He is expected to market ideas to promote business, reduce employee turnover, maintain revenue and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels to ensure it’s in line with budgeted cost of sales and perform weekly inventory assessments.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Record production or operational data on specified forms.
- Ensure that staff receives consistent and proper communication.
- Order materials, food, ingredients or other supplies needed to ensure efficient operation.
- Consistently monitor quality of service and product delivered on property.
- Organize and supervise schedule work shifts for employees; appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Maintains records of staff periodic manner and operating costs.
- Can handle customers’ complaints. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or any related field.
- At least with 2 years’ experience in a fast-food restaurant like KFC, McDonalds, Burger King etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and financial management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
- Wiling to learn
- Can join immediately.
