Full Job Description :-
Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- To provide commercial real estate advice to existing key clients of the firm.
- Assist with development of existing business and client base
- Attends business seminars and client events
- Responsible for client interface on matters handled
- Supervises, coordinate activities and mentor junior associates within the department (where appropriate)
- Drafting and negotiation of real estate related agreements and documentation
- Provides advice to clients on their legal rights and obligations
- 2 – 7 years post qualification experience
- Commercial real estate lawyer with knowledge of UAE market. Lawyers with transferable commercial real estate experience from the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore real estate markets will also be considered.
- Experience in real estate development, commercial leasing, real estate transactions (including due diligence and reporting on title), commercial and residential leasing (landlord and tenant advisory), real estate finance, advising institutional investors and a jointly owned property/strata regime is required.
- Experience in managing day to day client relationships and matter files under supervision of senior lawyers is also required.
