Key Responsibilities:-
  • Drive annual targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Empower business partners on Allegion products and solutions. Suggest new solutions to achieve customer-specific needs.
  • Maintain excellent client relationship with existing and new potential clients.
  • Gather information, internally and externally, to support these discussions.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, participating in techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
  • Prepare custom client techno-commercial proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain excellent industry and territory knowledge by reviewing and understanding market data of competitive activity.
  • Ensure customers and partners are adequately trained on new and existing products.
  • Identifying & tracking new opportunities through market research & follow ups.
  • Liaising and negotiating with prospective clients to close business opportunities.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Contributing to development strategies and activities with management.
  • Manage the sales process through effective CRM management and team communication.
  • Maintain a high level of open communication within the team and supporting work groups.
  • Maintain awareness of all Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensure compliance.
Qualification & Experience:-
  • Ability to negotiate and close commercial deals.
  • Ability to forecast accuracy and confidence in achieving goals. Ability to adapt to change in marketplace.
  • Business Partner management
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in engineering and MBA degree would be preferred
  • 8+ years sales experience in door hardware industry
  • Deep Knowledge of door hardware industry is required, and access control would be advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action
  • Strong customer focus
  • Strong presentation skills required
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory at a minimum of 50% of the time (includes overnight travel when necessary)
