About Peerpoint
Peerpoint is Allen & Overy’s global platform for self-directed consultant lawyers who want to access the best work, clients, resources and bespoke support, whilst working on assignments with Allen & Overy or directly with clients as a legal consultant.
Typical assignments based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai are 6 months in length and there are flexible working arrangements available. Alternatively, consultants have the opportunity to undertake assignments remotely for clients based within Abu Dhabi or Dubai whilst being based in the UK, Australia, Singapore or Hong Kong.
Role Profile
We are building our capital markets panel in the UAE and are seeking highly skilled, driven and self directed lawyers with top tier experience across :
Debt capital markets
Bonds
Derivatives
Equity capital market
Liability management
What we are looking for
A minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience within a top tier law firm along with in house experience, either from secondment or directly
Excellent academic credentials
Someone who is self directed and committed to building a long term career as a consultant
A lawyer with a flexible and adaptable outlook, someone who is resilient and forward thinking
Be focused on providing outstanding client service with exceptional stakeholder management
Have a practising certificate (or equivalent) which entitles them to practise as a lawyer in the UAE
