Job Title :– Chief Executive Officer
Job Description :-
As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible to manage the overall operations of the company as well as developing and implementing strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees as well as setting its overall vision. Within this role, the CEO will leverage strategies working with the technical teams, establishing a protocol for the final systems in place for the product launch, and marketing the same. He/she will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.
Responsibilities
Leading the development of the company’s short and long-term strategy, ensuring its alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Making strategic corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a
company, and bringing fresh ideas for the running of the company.
Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry
developments, etc.
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements
Monitoring how various departments of the company operate and how they work together to
achieve overall goals.
Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
Creating a positive organizational culture and communicating a uniform vision for the company.
Keeping up with industry news and trends by reading relevant publications and meeting with other professionals
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer / Consultant in a
similar field.
Specialized knowledge in web design, blockchain, and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire others
Strategic thinker and vision-oriented
Excellent team management skills and communication skill Ability to be decisive in high-pressure situations
