Job Tittle:  Customer Care Coordinator

 

Full Job Description :- 

1.First point of contact for all customers, via calls, emails, or appointments.

2. Providing relevant information and clarifying queries of customers while maintaining organizational standards

3. Responsible for the enrolment process for MPL Cadets and all other trainees/customers for different trainings/products.

4. Managing records of all applicants until they join the academy for any training.

5. Liaison with concerned departments within and outside the organization for any customer or training related inquiries and keep effective communication process.

6. Keeping managers updated with monthly departmental reports for future data analysis.

7. Preparing all kinds of training agreements and keeping them up to date with change in information.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 4,000.00 – AED 6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
