Alphard Group Vacancy Full Information

The Role:-

Responsible for the satisfaction of our Guests by responding efficiently to their enquiries and offering advise and information as requested.

• Welcome Guests and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with enquiries and any complaints.

• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and email messages. Provide information to callers.

• Making reservations and cancellations.

• Be aware at all times of current room status and room availability if assigned in the hotel.

• Friendly check in and check out to the guest.

• Allocating rooms and handling out keys.

• Follow up and verifies arrivals by updating registration cards.

• Answering questions about facilities and amenities in the hotel.

• Dealing with special requests from guests.

• Taking care of VIPs by giving them special service.

• Prepare bills and deal with payments.

• Processing foreign exchange payments.

• Tidy and maintain the reception area.

Requirements:-

  • Relevant receptionist experience with process knowledge
  • Dedicated and meticulous – high level of accurateness and attention to detail
  • Effective team-player with awesome attention to detail
  • Systems skills, Word excel with check-in ERP experience
  • Exceptionally professional demeanour and very respectful attitude
  • Excellent skills in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards
  • Familiar with hospitality terminology
  • Arabic and Russian speaker are preferred.
