Job Tittle: Cashier and Customer Service
Address:-Villa Number 600 – Al Wasl Rd – Jumeirah – Al Safa 1 – Dubai – United Arab Emirates
Job Description :-
Collect cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
· Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change.
· Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
· Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift
· Issue receipts to customers
· Deal with returns and refunds as necessary
· Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct
· Answer customer questions as they arise
· Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
· Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.
· Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
· Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.
· Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
· Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
· Help with other tasks as needed including managing shelves, tracking inventory, and keeping the store clean.
· Report any issues on time to the Manager.
Skills Required:-
· Accounting Degree or equivalent.
· Customer service or cashier experience.
· Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
· High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
· Basic math, Accounting and computer skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED 2,000.00 – AED 2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
