Job Description :- 

Our innovative and growing company is searching for an experienced candidate for the position of business excellence to streamline our processes and start our quality journey. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications but have sufficient experience and talent.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Identify the KPI’s for Standards and execute measurements in the organization

· Drive standardization of Documents across the organization, versions control and Indexing

· Ensure cross-function and cross-project alignment (measurement, classification, data source, ) and provide guidance and support as required

· Create a culture focused on Continuous Improvement, challenging the status quo, thinking outside the box, coaching, and mentoring Green-Belts and Yellow-Belts

· Continuously improve existing processes and help teams design new processes that are robust, effective, and efficient

· Create Knowledge articles as needed

· Teach and mentor personnel on how to use Process Excellence Methodology and Lean tools including creating training materials while serving as a consultant for Six Sigma, Lean, and Define, Measure, Analyze Improve and Control (DMAI2C) principles

· Develop an execution plan to deliver process performance improvements related to Quality, Delivery, and Cost of a service process

· Provide a comprehensive overview of Continuous Improvement projects, results, methodologies and tools used across

· Leading, developing and implementing process improvements and key business improvement initiatives around Quality, Product Supply and Cost using Lean Tools, Six Sigma, and Excellence principles/tools

· Fostering a Continuous Improvement Culture

· Required to Conduct Monthly Audit Council, Awareness Training sessions, Management Reviews, and Leadership sessions

· Experience in handling External Audit and Auditing Agencies

· Implementation, Audit and Certification process of ISO & various other standards

· Creation of Sustainability reports for acquired standards

· Good change management skills Proficiency in Data Management and detailed analysis using Excel, PowerPoint and Word

· Monitor, report and review the improvements of output from the standard implementation

· Drive closure of NC, Observations and OFI’s from Internal and External Audits

· Coordinates with the Management team to interface changes/ related issues and continual service improvements for value enhancement and implementation

· Ensure all changes to processes are communicated, documented and implemented through the established methodology and communicated

· Deliver significant Business impacts and/ or contributions to Organization through improvements in Key KPI’s assigned with Standards

· Lead a cross-functional team to work with transformation workstream heads to identify and assess Mid-Tier opportunities across initiatives that will drive efficiencies in application development time to market and productivity

· Collaborate and engage cross-functional members at all levels of the organization and execute initiatives that will drive quantifiable savings

· Responsible for Process Reengineer to redesign and streamline processes with process owners

· Support complex and high-impact Process Excellence Six Sigma and Lean projects

· Develop a change management plan and execution plan to improve the flow of products, people and information

Leverage process knowledge to identify opportunities/solutions to improve throughput capacity by reducing the impact of constraints

Qualifications

BA or BS in technical field or equivalent and 5+ years of experience. MSc of Quality or MBA or another advanced degree desirable; PMP, Black Belt and/or Lean Practitioner or a similar role strongly preferred

An understanding of and proficiency in any of the Quality Management Concepts i.e.

Operational experience in Project Quality Engineering/ Management and/or Supplier Quality

Proficiency of the English Language is a must; any other Language is a plus.

Working Knowledge of ISO Family Standards; ISO 9001, ISO 14001/2 & OSHAS

Quality Principles and Essential Techniques such as:

Advanced Presentation Skills
