American Spine Center Dubai: Job Description

Job Tittle:  Patient Coordinator

 

Full Job Description :- 

Ensure patient information is accurate including billing information.

· Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy.

· Maintain and manage patient records

· Answer incoming calls if comes and deal with inquiries

· Transfer calls as required

· Report statistics as required

· Obtain external medical reports as required by medical professionals

· Deal with incoming and outgoing post

· Complete other clerical duties as assigned

· Maintain privacy of patients, assuring patient confidentiality at all times.

· Train new Reception employees.

· Handling complaints.

· Handling patient with polite behavior.

· Handle patient with proper care.

· Check the insurance approvals for the patient and inform the pt accordingly

· Coordinate with the nurses regarding pt complaint to inform he Dr to call the pt

· 2-3 years’ experience required in UAE

· Arabic preferred
