Job Description :- 

An award wining insurance business in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics for a 12 month renewable contract, this role can be based from home but with the expectation to attend the office as and when required, so we are looking for a UAE based Business Analyst that is available within at least 1 month.

Your Responsibilities

The BA will perform analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
The Business Analysis work assignments involve moderately complex-to-complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Managing stakeholders – internal and external to the organization.
Timely and effectively collection of business requirements
Understand insurance business and should be able to work with middle to senior level management professionally and individually
Support Business functional testing
Support on problem solving and process mapping
Your Qualifications
5 or more years of experience in Insurance domain – Motor, Life, Medical and Commercial
Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
Excellent knowledge of Admin Coordinator CRM solution
Experience in problem analysis and process
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
Knowledge on requirements gathering and running E2E testing for any project
Knowledge on digitization initiatives
Sound communication and presentation skills
Any PMP or Six Sigma qualification will be an added advantage
Functional knowledge of SDLC.
Organizational skills
Analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
