Full Job Description :- 

As the person handling the ice cream kiosk, this is a customer facing job where you will serve ice creams to clients, accept payments, issue receipts, refunds, and change. The most important part of this job is to be pleasant and provide excellent customer service. You will be rolling fresh cones at the kiosk. This job will require previous experience in the food industry.– Welcome customers to the kiosk-Provide small tasting samples to potential customers at the stand and upsell other flavors– Scoop and serve the customer ice creams in their choice of cones or cups– Register transactions on the POS system, and process payments with speed and accuracy– Handle customer feedback and complaints with calm maturity– Start the day by grinding fresh batter for cones and using waffle iron to roll them fresh. you will be given training on the method– Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times – while handling ice creams and making cones– Keep the area organized, clean and sanitized at all times.Requirements:– Prior experience in the food industry as a helper / kitchen assistant– Prior experience as a cashier– Pleasant and cheerful personality. You will be serving a happy food – ice cream!– You need to be fully vaccinated
