Full Job Description :- 

Diamond Bright Car Care, the leading Auto repair center in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi is looking for a Workshop SUPERVISOR.

The job responsibilities are as follows:

Manage a team of technicians to perform auto services and repairs efficiently.
Provide technical assistance to the technical team in various areas, including but not limited to Auto Diagnosis, Engine overhauls, Transmission Repair, Etc..
Allocate and distribute jobs based on technician skills.
Maintain up-to date progress report for the on going jobs
Coordinate with service advisors for any changes ie. additional parts or materials needed or delays
Provide reports to management for the overall workshop activity and performance
Carry out road test to verify automotive faults and malfunctions
Monitor technicians’ performance, productivity and efficiencies on daily and weekly basis.

Skills required:-

Ideal candidate should be holder of Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering
Able to communicate positively and create a friendly work environment
Should have at least 10 years experience, 3 of which as a workshop SUPERVISOR
Should possess working experience with German/American or British Auto Repairs
Should have hands on experience, and able to use a wide range of diagnostic tools, carry out control unit programming and sophisticated diagnosis
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED 6,000.00 – AED 8,000.00 per month
