Job Tittle: Regulatory Manager
Job Description :-
- Act as the first internal & external contact for regulatory affairs questions in the country / region
- Ensure products marketed in the region and related countries are complying with local regulations
- Manage the life cycle of registrations: Country / regional registration monitoring, planning, submission and follow up of regulations with ministry of health, food and agriculture
- Carry out all registration activities in the region / country where direct authority contact is necessary and generate documentation in local language
- Legal Monitoring: communicate to the regulatory community, detect trends, support strategy development and ensure license to operate
- Interact with external and internal stakeholders such as customers, health authorities, Account Managers and the BASF regulatory community
- Train employees on regulatory affairs
- Support marketing activities (e.g. strategy and workshops on regulatory topics)
- Advocacy: Represent BASF Nutrition and Health in regional industry associations, health authorities and customers.
