BD Select Vacancy Full Information:-

    • The Coffee Shop Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day café operations amongst our locations; maintaining all standard operating procedures and fostering a positive working environment. The person in this role creates the tone and personality of the cafe and team by being an advocate and promoter of training and development, customer service, relationship extension, product knowledge, department of health and sanitation adherence, and values alignment amongst team members.Essential Functions:-

      Develop comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, pricing and scripting for all standard products.
      Establish and maintain coffee quality control program, providing actionable insights and a roadmap for continuous improvement
      Conduct ongoing training and education with team
      Create profiles for new coffees and new product lines
      Maintain preventative maintenance and cleaning routines that keep equipment in top shape

      Responsible for revenue targets
      Develop and monitor SOP for operations and back office
      Regular visits to outlets In main towns
      Build relationship with suppliers
      Communicate and prepare periodic reports for the Board
      Come up with plans to improve sales, menu, operations
      Coordinate all components of special event orders.
      Ensure complete and accurate product details are communicated to the Kitchen and Operations.
      Conducts and manages a complete quality control process to improve the efficiency and performance of all stores.

      Qualifications And Experience:-

      Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Diploma or job experience in related field could substitute

      Valid UAE driving license with car

      5 Years proven working experience in operations or related field

      Excellent analytical skills

      Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint are a must

      Highly organized, time management and prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to juggle multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against deadlines

      Ability to work independently and as part of a team

      Strong written and verbal communication skills
