Our Benefit Middle East Finance Team is looking for a savvy, friendly, motivated, and energetic Junior Financial Controller.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Junior Financial Controller will work closely with the benefit MEA team to ensure the follow-up of the key finance business KPI and expenses of the business unit.

He/she will act as a business partner to the different teams (marketing/sales/logistics) and will be involved in many different topics.

Duties include

• Financial Reporting
  • Support the coordination of the monthly closing related to P&L and Balance Sheet
  • Assist the finance team in closing process (accruals, reporting, operational review with the teams)
• Financial Controlling
  • Monitor, challenge and support the marketing team in following up their expenses (A&P)
  • Participate to the budget process and business plans
• Pricing
  • Define the right RRP with marketing teams
  • Take part in regular reviews to ensure price consistency within the market
  • Ensure the load and follow up of the prices system wise

The Finance controller will provide financial advice to Marketing and Sales teams on ad-hoc and business case analysis including:

• Trade and Communication follow-up: perform monthly consolidation + analysis of A&P expenses to compare vs Budget
• Deep dive on visual merchandising costs to redefine the follow up of these costs
• Lead the data collection of all required inputs to build the marketing budget

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance and/or Controlling
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and controlling
• Fluent in English – written and spoken
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Expertise of Excel is essential)
• Proficiency in accounting/financials software
