Job Tittle:  Office Boy

 

Full Job Description :- 

· Greet & direct all visitors, vendors, clients & customer

· Supply & Arrange refreshments for the Top Management & the guests

· Greet the RTA staff & serve refreshments in a timely & professional manner

· Prepare & Serve beverages to visitors / staff / clients / customers

· Maintain cleanliness by clearing the empty cups etc. & serving additional items if required

· Maintain, arrange & supply the required items during meetings / workshops

· Carry documents from one office to another office & communicate the messages to the concerned

· Maintain the pantry stock issued by stores

· Maintain pantry equipment / refrigerator / stove etc.

· Maintain cleanliness of the pantry

· Wash & clean the utensils, glasses & equipment

· Report any abnormal situations to FM Controller

· Maintain confidentiality of the information / messages / documents

· Maintain good manners & courteousness towards everyone

· Ensure to follow the safety manual / operating procedures while operating flammable materials, electric switches, electrical equipment & electrical panels

· Ensure usage of proper tools / equipment during performing the job

· Clean up spills & breakage immediately. Floors to be kept dry to prevent slipping & collision
Any other task as and when assigned by the immediate superior
