THE POSITION

Forecasting Poweruser will work closely with the IMETA Commercial Teams (CHs/ABMs/SMs)in distributor markets, he/she manages and owns the forecasting process in IMETA Animal Health. Main responsibilities include assisting the collection/processing of distributor data, analyzing forecasting data, act of deviation, KPIs (target setting), ensuring master data maintenance and users training/support.

Tasks & responsibilities:-

Coordinates and ensures timely collection of distributor data (sell-out & stock data) and validates the available data in close collaboration with the OPU commercial teams.
Uploads data to relevant IT/SC platforms.
Monitors forecast process (analyze forecast performance & its exceptions) and provides KPI analysis (including financial reconciliation).
Manages user training and support.
Updates the mapping file of distributor data to BI SKU naming convention and shares the final distributor data with IT for conversion.
Designs, builds and releases new features.
Collaborates with Global Forecasting team on any forecasting system improvement.
Maintenance of forecasting dashboards & analytics (tableau) and develop further analytics required
Requirements:

– Bachelor degree or equivalent: Business Administration or Economics – specialization in business analytics

– 2-3 years of similar experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry

– In-depth understanding of analytics forecasting and its market analytics

– Expert in Tableau
– Basic understanding of P&L and good understanding of product know-how

– Proficiency in English

– Excellent communication skills across functions and hierarchical levels.
– Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret information and reports.
