THE POSITION

We are looking for a customer oriented team member for Supply Chain division who is being expected to bring new ideas and solutions to the customer service processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for order management activities to ensure overarching goals of Order to Cash are achieved. It includes daily/weekly/monthly review of key events such as: order call offs cycle times, delivery creation, monitoring of shipment OTIF, credits & complaints. Manages shipment documents and shipment execution to all export countries of the region while adhering to all internal and external regulations.

Tasks & responsibilities

Responsible for managing the customer orders, from order entry to invoicing and delivery.
Responsible for communication with freight forwarders to ensuring in-time pick-ups from the warehouse and delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and ensures all logistical incidences (complaints) whether it be temp excursion, damages, less & plus delivery and price are processed properly and on time
Sales Related Accrual Management
Performs Customer master data creation and revisions needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service with Good understanding of customer relations, storage/distribution concept preferably in pharma/human/animal health industry or FMCG
Advanced understanding of SAP/ERP functionalities related to Supply Chain Management, O2C process
Fluency in English, Arabic is an asset
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
