About The Role:-
The Control Tower monitors, manages, controls decisions and execution across functions in the Distribution Center Operations to optimize the internal and external flow of Kerkrade Operations to serve the end customer. As a Supervisor Data Analytics (Control Tower), you are responsible to manage and coach the team and set “the rhythm” of the distribution center.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:-
- Coordinating the In- and Outbound flow by providing visibility to our internal and external stakeholders by monitoring and acting upon accurate data.
- Support continuous process improvement efforts through active participation and leadership in cross-organization taskforces and workstreams Coordinate ad hoc supply chain requests by connecting with various supply chain entities.
- Coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and if applicable, drive those practices throughout the organization.
- Execute processes and practices in compliance with BSC quality compliance directives.
- Support the development of analytics and reporting to be leveraged by the Control Tower and management.
- Analyze past actions and decisions to improve the FTE forecasting and guide the shop floor in staffing the team in the most efficient and effective way.
- Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
- Support monthly summary scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
