Primary purpose of the position is to manage back office coordination for Training Department, maintain BSI managements systems standard of course delivery. The role has responsibility for overall effectiveness of activities and for the ongoing implementation of best practices into the Region.
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
Following the Training Operations Processes and procedures from a sales contract signed till the Training certificates are issued and released coordinating with both Sales and Accounts team
Make sure we achieve the Target Revenue and profit every month
Proper coordination with Trainers Hotels Travel Agencies and Courier Companies
Making sure the proper handling and delivery of Training materials to clients
Timely collection of Course returns from the Trainers after the course
Timely issuance of Training certificates
Making sure proper documentation of Training Records on Time and facing Audits
Handling Training Contracts in SAP for invoices
Handling of Training Operations details in Sales Force
Day to day support to Operations Team Leader , Sales Team, ( public and in house) and Accounts team
Responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of data
Maintain and develop own skills and knowledge.
Other responsibilities as specified from time to time.
Maintain and develop existing business levels within a defined geographical territory
Achievement of personal target
Personal Salesforce.com and Point Global records maintenance
Delivery Diary Management
Revenue development opportunities
Manage allocated Customer satisfaction issues
Address potential customer attrition
Personal Effectiveness
Meet the standards agreed with line management for face to face contact time with clients
Produce and submit all weekly and monthly reports, expense sheets etc., within agreed timescales
Follow documented procedures
Ensure that account documentation is maintained with the defined information requirements.
Contribute positively to the development of the departments performance
Adhere strictly to the BSI Group ethics policy
Candidate Spec:
2-4years sales experience
Broad commercial experience and business acumen
First class organizational, communication and administrative abilities
Potential to self-manage within a geographically widespread multifunctional team
Ability to comprehend, manage and utilize financial data.
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Competency with Microsoft Office applications
