Accounts Officer
Process policyholder and vendor payments through effective usage of SAP system
Reconciliation of bank accounts and clearing open line items.
Receipt of bank statements and balance validation
Reconcile all premium and general bank accounts, on a daily basis along with the generation of monthly reconciliation reports
Reconcile Isle of Man SAP ledgers
Ensure all expenses are accurately recorded under correct cost centers & charge codes
Handle Petty cash floats and proper book keeping of reimbursed expenses
Payment Processing and clearing from SAP and assist in monthly closing
Handle payments & premium related queries and communicate with internal/external customers
Achieve agreed SLAs & accuracy levels to maintain quality & service standards
Record and bank cheques, TTs from bank assurance partners.
Assist in the handling of other areas of work within the department as and when required by the Team Leader/Manager
Undertake a range of clerical, administrative, and other duties as required to support the team
