Full Job Description :- 

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells. They have many responsibilities like answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers’ questions about products and services, and assisting the sales team to achieve their targets by providing good support.

Good communication skills with command over English Language is a must.

Min. 2 to 3 years of Experience Required; needed to have working experience as a Customer Service in Freight Forwarding Industry only. Other Industry candidates will be avoided while shortlisting so please apply with precision.

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
