As Digital Marketing Consultant for Construction & Infrastructure (GCI) Division you will be responsible for Digital Marketing for the Europe, Africa, Middle East and CIS region. You’ll work with a successful team of experienced marketers, bringing your expertise in Digital Marketing to directly impact the region’s sales. The role supports three major functions: Digital Marketing Strategy , Social Media Marketing including lead generation and lead nurturing and journey management.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:-

• Define the Digital Marketing Strategy for GCI in EAME-CIS. Understanding of key marketing strategies including digital marketing channel strategy, lead generation, campaign development, budget management, journey mapping and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI). This position will also support global digital marketing initiatives.
• Analyse new innovations and trends to identify which would support the regional growth plans and transform GTM strategies.
• As social media manager for GCI in EAME, you will work with colleagues within the BCP (Compact Equipment), CISD (Services), Cat Finance, Marketing and Brand groups, as well as manage creative agencies. You will use your expertise to propose and influence campaigns and tactics to drive ROMI; challenging our agency partners to continually improve. Delivering training and sharing best practises with our EAME-CIS dealers will also be a portion of this role.
• A strong focus on results reporting is required. Within this role you will be a key influencer for change, including the ability to sell your ideas and proposals.
• You will support the digital promotion of the GCI EAME Virtual Event Strategy, owning the social media workstream for any large events. You will develop social media campaigns for these events and execute during the events.

Candidates will have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:

• Internal candidates must have satisfactorily completed a minimum of one service in their current position to apply for another role, or have obtained, in writing, authorization from their manager to waive this requirement. Candidates should always inform their manager prior to applying for any new role. (internal)
• Internal candidates must not have any live disciplinarians or be on a performance action plan
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications
• Proven progressive experience in Social Media Marketing and creative agency management experience with experience of launching of major campaigns and strategies.
• Experience / Understanding with a marketing automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience demonstrating lead and project management
• Budget management experience
• You will be excited by Digital Marketing and the velocity of change within the industry to keep up to date with industry movements.
• Understanding of all digital marketing channels, including Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Cat.com, Social Media, WhatsApp marketing to name a few.
• Strong analytical skills to apply customer insights, research, and analytics to strategies and make recommendations.
• Results focused, pro-active and data-driven individual
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Candidates may have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:

• Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
• Digital Marketing tools – such as Google Adwords, Khoros would be advantageous but not crucial
