Job Duties :-
- Support development of 3-5 year strategic and tactical execution plans with a focus on business growth
- Developing detailed action plans which can be built into a governable project
- Identifying potential roadblocks across the organization and working across teams to enable progress
- Support Strategy growth projects with internal partners and dealer network
- Main point of contact for POD data and analytics
- Responsible for alignment of project needs and data requirement
- Responsible for accuracy of projects analytics
- Responsible for update of presentation material
- Responsible to develop workshop material and report Out
- Responsible for additional supporting analysis
- Responsible to develop project Milestones and Report Out materials
- Support virtual and face-to-face workshops / VOC facilitation and note taking
Qualifications & Experience:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business; economics, statistics, or a similar field with quantitative coursework, and 2-3 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in using Power BI, Snowflake, SQL or other equivalent data analytic software.
- Incumbent must demonstrate thorough knowledge of statistical approaches, data management techniques, and/or related digital technologies, and the ability to handle complex issues.
- Must be comfortable working in MS Office and industry standard statistics. Very strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effective and persuasive in both written and oral communication.
