Cedar ( www.cedar-consulting.com ) a global consulting firm with offices in principal cities around the world is seeking to expand its team based in its Dubai office to work with financial services clients across the region. Cedar has a significant Middle East consulting practice since 1999 Where it has worked with over 40+ banks across the GCC in driving their business and technology transformations. Cedar’s UK based Fintech & research unit, IBS Intelligence is globally recognized for its independent perspective on financial technology.
Primary role is to be engaged in the delivery and program management on major Fintech Programs in the areas of IT and Digital Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Supplier Selection and Program Management.
Particular focus around the areas of Core banking, Digital banking & Transaction banking / payments.
Responsibilities include actively assisting Engagement Manager/ Director/Partner in project execution with the overall objective of ensuring timely & high-quality project deliverables
The role involves active engagement and delivery coordination with clients across the region.
Requirements
Seeking candidates for the position of Associate Consultant / Consultants with relevant experience with a recognized global consulting firm.
Experience in consulting to the financial services industry and working on Technology transformation programs is a must.
Any Middle East experience would be a plus.
Strong analytics, academics, and presentation skills is mandatory.
Project management certification such as PMP/Prince-2/Agile would be valued.
Design Thinking Certified shall be a plus
Lean Six Sigma certification shall be a plus
