Full Job Description :- 

Chef Middle East Dubai is hiring a Procurement Executive to support our operations within the Export division. The ideal candidate will be responsible to locally source specific product categories and manage inventory levels thereof.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory on a regular basis for locally sourced products Ensure optimum stock coverage on all range of SKUs Generate supplier wise order inventory plans, purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers on a continuous basis Follow up on deliveries from suppliers Coordination with the Operations team and post purchases on the ERP system Coordination with other departments such as Finance, Operations, Logistics, & Stores

Qualifications & Experience:

At least 6months to 1 year of related work experience Proven experience using ERP software Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work High school diploma in any field from an accredited institution. Demonstrated ability to work independently and excel in a team environment Self-starter and team player with strong interpersonal skills and flexibility Excellent communication skills (listening, oral, and written) Highly innovative and proactive
