Brand & Channel Marketing Specialist

Advertise and market Chevron’s products through activities such as brand management and developing campaigns and channel strategies.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Work closely and collaboratively with all levels of Chevron’s organization in the Middle East, and globally to understand Chevron’s marketing strategies and priorities to provide excellent marketing support.
Manage complex projects (e.g., major product changes, multi-media campaign, key customer program, global, multi-geo or multi-market initiatives) and deliver results on time, within budget, and at desired quality and customer satisfaction.

Translate Brand vision and strategies to country, cluster or regional marketing programs and initiatives, leveraging common needs, behavior and preferences across markets
Develop effective plan for simple marketing initiatives (e.g., simple product changes, development of sales materials, promotions Provide timely, pro-active, comprehensive, and quality analysis to draw conclusions from market intelligence and research data to provide in depth understanding of Customer & Channel for market area.
Lead assigned Brand and Channel projects within market area and develop defined project scope, engage stakeholders, identify resource needs and alternatives, and ensure timelines are published and tracked.
Develops and deploys internal and external communications of sales and marketing initiatives.
Develops effective strategies and channel plans for complex marketing initiatives.
Has a broad understanding of the Lubricants business across all areas of the value chain, and can pull these elements together to build competitive advantage in the channel offer.
Demonstrates understanding of market planning and strategy development process and provide inputs on market industry, financial and sales analysis

Required Qualifications & Qualities:-

Bachelors or master’s degree in marketing.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Lubricants MNC environment.
Proficiency in English & Arabic languages for business purposes is a must.
High ethical standards and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Effective in creating and maintaining high client confidence and satisfaction, communicating clearly, simply, and directly with excellent professionalism.
Demonstrated skill and experience in handling marketing activities independently, working collaboratively with clients and other in-house stakeholders.
A highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced team environment and collaborating with internal teams and business clients,
