YOUR MISSION ____________
The Senior Financial Controller will be welcomed among the Regional Finance team for LVMH Beauty Middle East & Africa (LVMH Beauty MEA).
The Senior Financial Controller will work on:-
Controlling function
Secure financial targets of the business unit through recurrent analysis and P&L monitoring as well as anticipation of R&O
Manage the month-end financial closing process
Accountable for P&L entries and source of change elements against comparable periods
Exchange with Accounting team to control, monitor and provide clear visibility on financial statements for the business unit
Preparation of P&L for budget, revisions and landings in accordance with HQ guidelines and deadlines
Monitor evolution of Balance Sheet accounts
Secure monthly financial reporting (e.g: P&L, Capex, sales forecast). Point of contact for headquarter reporting
requirements:-
Partner & exchange with commercial team and provide support for ad-hoc and business cases as necessary
Ensure business flows compliance with Stock & Sales & Accounts Receivables requirements as well as necessary risk assessment, external audit and tax
Secure BU processes are complaint with internal control guidelines
Collaborates during the company external audit process (statutory)
Act on business performance and development
Partner with business leads to effectively support and measure the implementation of business strategies (Multichannel strategy). Be an active contributor to the decision-making process
Define and implement appropriate tools to assess the performance of the division (e.g; KPIs for the business, profitability evolution and drivers, management of A&P budgets)
Perform ROI analyses in accordance with HQ best practices and the business management needs. Control and search for constant optimization of investments to improve the decision-making process
People
Display ability to work, supervise and activate specific work streams in coordination
PROFILE
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in FP&A or corporate Finance on CPG, Luxury or Distribution industries
Good understanding of Accounting – Auditing – Internal Control
Retail and E-Commerce business experience is desirable
Experience working with ERP (e.g: SAP, Oracle)
Analytical mind set, organization skills and attention to detail
Results, team work and people oriented
Ability to manage complexity & Independent thinker
