Employee (system) management:

• Validation of new offers as per budget / approval.
• Approvals of new joiners, leavers, leaves posting in the local system.

Monthly Targets :

• Follow up on stretch files on monthly basis.
• Communicating the approved commercial and stretch targets to the boutiques on monthly basis.

Payroll management :

• Support in calculating the following payroll variables on monthly / term / annual basis based on related targets achievement:
  • Boutique Commission
  • Stretch Commission
  • Fine Jewelry & Time Piece Commission
  • Other special commissions (if any)
  • Term bonuses
  • Annual Bonuses
  • Top performers bonuses
• Keeping record of payroll variables, deductibles and adjustments to the payroll team after internal approvals.
• Coordination with Accounting team on processing of monthly payroll.
• Calculation of HC / FTE / staff costs including all the accruals and recharges on monthly basis based on estimated achievements and send to Accounting by 28th of every month.
• Recalculation of staff costs including all the accruals and recharges on monthly basis based on actual achievements and send to Accounting by 1st of every succeeding month.
• Monthly Head count and payroll reporting as per deadlines from Paris including posting HC in LVMH portal.

Budgets & Revisions:

• Support in preparation of R1, R2 & Budgets as per the guidelines and established deadlines.
• Support in preparation and updates on the budget presentations.

Others:

• Follow up / coordination with Accounting & Finance teams on payments related to staff end of service, Insurance providers, temporary staff agencies etc.
• Yearly annual reports.
• Working on other adhoc reports requested by the management / Paris.

• Finance/Accounting Background
• Excellence in Excel
• Comp & Ben & Payroll processing is preferable
• English language is a must
