We are looking for an organized, analytical, and empathetic Executive Assistant with excellent relational and communicational skills to guide clients to success. This candidate will provide a fantastic customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired business goals by managing and updating their loyalty program.

Working Hours:

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm to 10:00 pm.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

Own overall relationship with assigned clients, after the Sales representative has signed the client
Conduct Onboarding and Trainings with clients
Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
Engage with your assigned clients regularly
Review clients’ loyalty program performance KPIs daily
Aid clients in achieving their goals: help them set loyalty campaigns, brainstorm about new features and enhancements to the loyalty program, challenge clients, and suggest new strategies tailored to their needs and objectives.
Transfer customers’ demands to the Support team when it comes to tech/integration-related issues and the Sales team for up-selling/legal/billing matters
Be a customer engagement & loyalty expert keeping up with F&B and retail trends, best practices, and success stories.
Identify and make recommendations for improvement

Additional Information:

The internship is paid and lasts for a period of 6 months. After this period, there is a possibility for a full-time job with a higher salary and commission structure.
